Di Ahlfeld moved into the Kirstenhof area over 20 years ago, and watched the area grow into the highly sought after suburb it is today.  Her children attended schools in the area.

Di has a BA (UCT) degree, and worked as a Personnel /Training Officer.  She joined the property business with Era Steer in 1990 where she received excellent corporate training and a good property grounding.  In 1994 she decided to start Blue Route Real Estate.

Di was one of the first group of Estate Agents to successfully complete the RPL process and obtain a formal qualification in Real Estate NQF level 4, on the 26th of March 2009.
